Brooks Automation provides complete factory and tool
automation solutions and services for advanced manufacturing systems and
demanding environments in the semiconductor, magnetic media, and flat panel
display industries worldwide. Well known for its wafer handling equipment,
Brooks is also active in cryogenic and vacuum systems. There will be short presentation with an overview
of Brooks' products and technology followed by a tour of the engineering lab,
reliability lab and the new product introduction facilities.
